Raina Draughn gets the Frank Condlin Scholarship.
Arleen Himmelsbach Scholarship:
This year's winner of the Arleen Himmelsbach Scholarship is Hazel Gilmore. This award is given out to talented students in remembrance of Joan's Mom who started dancing and encouraging dance throughout her childhood.
